Hi, I’m Ale

I’m from the Dominican Republic, and I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen since I was a kid. I started by recreating dishes in my head, playing with whatever ingredients I had, and eventually cooking for the people around me.

Cooking became more than something I enjoyed. I love the creativity of it, the feeling of figuring something out, and most of all, seeing someone take that first bite and genuinely enjoy it.

I’m also a software engineer, and I think that curiosity follows me everywhere. Whether I’m building something or cooking something, I like understanding how things work, experimenting, and finding my own way to make them better.

Ale’s Table is where I get to share that passion with you.

I rarely measure. I rarely follow a recipe. I just have an idea of where I want the flavors to go, start cooking, and have some fun along the way.

Cooking can be as simple or as ambitious as you want it to be. Sometimes it works perfectly, and sometimes it doesn’t. And that’s okay… that’s part of cooking, part of having fun with your ingredients, and part of learning. The more you cook, the more you’ll learn and the more you’ll trust yourself in the kitchen.
